Grapefruit Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh grapefruit juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Walnut oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
To make the vinaigrette, place all the ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake well. (You should have about 1/2 cup vinaigrette.) Refrigerate until needed.
