Boiled Shrimp With Spicy Herb Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Butter | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced garlic | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cracked black pepper | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Paprika | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped fresh rosemary leaves | 
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Oregano | 
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Basil | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt | 
| 3/4 tablespoon | 11ml | Cayenne pepper powder | 
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Large shrimp - shelled and deveined | 
| (or more!) | 
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT shrimp - heat until butter is melted - cook over low heat for 10 minutes - remove bay leaf.
Cook shrimp in boiling salted water for 3 minutes - drain well - place on serving dish and top with butter sauce.
