Willingham's General-Purpose Dry Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black pepper - freshly ground |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Lemon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mild chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Garlic salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Citric acid - powdered (ever-fresh) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | White pepper |
Combine ingredients and keep in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Store in a cool dark place.
