Tunisian Five-Spice Powder

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlCloves
1 tablespoon 15mlBlack peppercorns
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlMalagueta pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlFreshly grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon 5mlGround cinnamon

Recipe Instructions

Grind together the cloves, peppercorns, and malagueta pepper. Add the nutmeg and cinnamon and blend well. Store in an airtight container. Use to flavor lamb and vegetable dishes.
