Tunisian Five-Spice Powder Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cloves |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black peppercorns |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Malagueta pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Freshly grated nutmeg |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cinnamon |
Grind together the cloves, peppercorns, and malagueta pepper. Add the nutmeg and cinnamon and blend well. Store in an airtight container. Use to flavor lamb and vegetable dishes.
