Boiled Peanuts

Recipe Ingredients

		Raw - unshelled peanuts
		Salt
		Water

Recipe Instructions

Put the peanuts in a big boiler, add a LOT o salt - bout a handful/gallon - cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer the better part o the day.

Keep the peanuts covered with water. Good idea to leave the winders open, too.
