1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Garlic - minced |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Cilantro - fresh, rough chopped |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar - packed |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Kosher salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Black pepper - freshly cracked |
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in tightly-seal jar in a cool dark place.
