Spice Mixture Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Fennel seed |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Red chile - dried (large) |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Allspice berries |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Peppercorns |
roast all spices in small HOT pan until aromatic.. then allow to cool and grind in mortar and pestle or spice mill
