1/4 cup | 59ml | Allspice - ground |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Nutmeg - ground |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cinnamon - ground |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Thyme - ground |
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Store in a tightly sealed jar in a cool dark place.
NOTES : For tender cuts of pork.
