Sour Curry Paste Recipe - Cooking Index
10 | Dried red chilies - soaked, - seeded and chopped | |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Lemon grass - chopped |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Shallots - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend into a paste.
