Sirloin Dry Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cinnamon - ground |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Hungarian paprika |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Coriander - ground |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cayenne |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
Mix ingredients together is a bowl and store in a tightly sealed jar in a cool dark place.
NOTES : 1 TBS Ground Cinnamon 1 TBS Paprika
