Sirloin Dry Rub

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon	15ml	Cinnamon - ground
1 tablespoon	15ml	Hungarian paprika
1 tablespoon	15ml	Coriander - ground
1 tablespoon	15ml	Brown sugar
2 teaspoons	10ml	Cayenne
1 tablespoon	15ml	Salt

Recipe Instructions

Mix ingredients together is a bowl and store in a tightly sealed jar in a cool dark place.

NOTES : 1 TBS Ground Cinnamon 1 TBS Paprika
