Seafood Magic Spice Blend - Copycat

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon	15ml	Onion powder
3/4 teaspoon	3.8ml	Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	White pepper
1 tablespoon	15ml	Salt
1 tablespoon	15ml	Thyme
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Annatto powder - (for color)
2 teaspoons	10ml	Hungarian paprika
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Sage
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Rosemary, dried - crumbled
1 teaspoon	5ml	Cayenne - powder

Recipe Instructions

Put ingredients, except rosemary, in mortar and grind.

Crush rosemary in your hand, add and mix well.

Store in tightly-sealed jar.
