3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Coriander seeds |
10 cups | 2370ml | Red chilies (large) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black pepper - (whole) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Fenugreek |
1 | Asafetida |
Fry ingredients in a tea spoon of oil on low heat and powder the fried stuff in blender when luke warm to a fine powder. The prepared powder can be stored refrigerated indefinitely in any container.
