Red Devil Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
Beef Poultry Pork, Fish | ||
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Dijon mustard with seeds |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Finely slivered fresh basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly ground pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne pepper |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
