Ray's Barbecue Dry Rub

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 160g / 5.6ozBrown sugar - firmly packed
2 tablespoons 30mlCayenne pepper
2 tablespoons 30mlFreshly ground white pepper
2 tablespoons 30mlFreshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon 15mlFennel seeds
1 tablespoon 15mlSalt
2 tablespoons 30mlGarlic powder
1/4 cup 59mlPaprika
1 tablespoon 15mlPowdered oregano

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Sprinkle on your meats and then thoroughly rub into the meat. Let stand several hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
