Ray's Barbecue Dry Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Brown sugar - firmly packed |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cayenne pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Freshly ground white pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Freshly ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fennel seeds |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Paprika |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Powdered oregano |
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Sprinkle on your meats and then thoroughly rub into the meat. Let stand several hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
