Puerto Rican-Style Pork Rub

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlCumin - ground
2 tablespoons 30mlGarlic - minced
2 tablespoons 30mlCilantro - fresh, rough chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlBlack pepper - freshly cracked
2 tablespoons 30mlSalt
2 tablespoons 30mlWhite vinegar
2 tablespoons 30mlYellow mustard
2 tablespoons 30mlJalapeno pepper - minced
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Use within two days of preparing.

Rub pork butt with spice mixture and smoke for 1 1/2 hours per pound at 240-250F.
