Puerto Rican-Style Pork Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cumin - ground |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic - minced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cilantro - fresh, rough chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Black pepper - freshly cracked |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | White vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Yellow mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Jalapeno pepper - minced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Use within two days of preparing.
Rub pork butt with spice mixture and smoke for 1 1/2 hours per pound at 240-250F.
