Paul Kirk's Barbecue Rub For Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Cane sugar |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lawery's seasoned salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lawery's garlic salt |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Paprika |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili seasoning |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lawery's lemon pepper |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Rubbed sage |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried sweet basil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried crushed rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne |
Combine all of the ingredients and blend well.
Store in a cool dark place in an airtight container.
Makes about 16 ounces.
