On The Grill Memphis Rib Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Paprika |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ground basil |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Dry mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Red pepper |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Black pepper |
Combine dry rub ingredients and rub onto ribs. Cook ribs over hickory coals at 190 to 200 degrees 4 to 5 hours. Fifteen minutes before serving coat the ribs with heated honey.
