Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs

Recipe Ingredients

12   Hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozCrumbled bleu cheese
1/2 cup 118mlSour cream
1 teaspoon 5mlVinegar

Recipe Instructions

Halve eggs lengthwise, remove yolks. Mash yolks with cheese, add sour cream and vinegar.

Refill egg whites. Put two filled halves together, cover with saran wrap until ready to serve.
