Lean ground beef fried with taco seasoning (1 lb.) | ||
Shredded lettuce (1/2 head) | ||
Shredded cheese (8 oz. Sharp) cheddar | ||
Schopped tomatoes (2 medium) | ||
Chopped black and/or green olives (1/2 cup) | ||
Salsa (hot or mild - to taste) |
The amounts are suggestions - everyone has different likes and dislikes. Vary the recipe to include more or less of your favorites.
Spread the ingredients evenly on a serving plate in the order given. Serve with taco chips
