Bleu Cheese Balls Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
2 oz | 56g | Bleu cheese |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped celery |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dried parsley |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dried chives - (optional) |
Chopped pecans or walnuts | ||
- for rolling |
Mix all ingredients; form into balls.
Roll in chopped pecans or walnuts; chill.
