Bleu Cheese Balls Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
| 2 oz | 56g | Bleu cheese |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped celery |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dried parsley |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dried chives - (optional) |
| Chopped pecans or walnuts | ||
| - for rolling |
Mix all ingredients; form into balls.
Roll in chopped pecans or walnuts; chill.
