2 tablespoons | 30ml | Juniper berries |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black peppercorns |
6 | Allspice berries | |
3 | Cloves | |
3 | Dried bay leaves | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Grind the spices, finely crumble the bay leaves, and combine everything.
An aromatic blend, which is good with dense-textured fish such as monkfish, fresh tuna and swordfish, and with steaks and lamb.
