Jerky Seasoning (Curry) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cinnamon |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground ginger |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground cumin |
Combine all ingredients.
Rub onto thinly-sliced beef and let sit overnight in refrigerator.
Dry meat in dehydrator or oven set on low.
