Jamaican Jerk Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Dried habanero chiles - ground | |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Onion powder |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ground allspice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Black pepper |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Dried thyme |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Dried cinnamon |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dried nutmeg |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cayenne |
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Store in a tightly sealed jar in a cool dark place.
