Hotted Honey Rub

Recipe Ingredients

		For Poultry and Pork
1/4 cup	59ml	Prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon	5ml	Hungarian hot paprika
2 teaspoons	10ml	Soy sauce
2 teaspoons	10ml	Honey

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth.

Makes about 1/3 cup.
