Grilled Seafood Seasoning Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder | 
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Cayenne pepper | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | White pepper | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion powder | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ancho chile - ground | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Coriander | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ginger - ground | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cumin | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Fenugreek seed - ground | 
Combine spices in a bowl.
Sprinkle each fish filet with spice mixture and let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Grill over medium coals.
