Garlic-Lemon-Herb Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Garlic - minced |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon zest - grated (about 2 lemons) |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parsley - fresh, chopped fine |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Thyme - fresh chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Rosemary - fresh, chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sage - fresh, chopped |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
In a small bowl, combine ingredients and mix well. Use the day it is mixed.
