5 teaspoons | 25ml | Ground anise - (aniseed) |
5 teaspoons | 25ml | Star anise |
1 | Cinnamon stick - (5") in, cassia bark | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Whole cloves |
7 teaspoons | 35ml | Fennel seeds |
Using a blender, process all ingredients until finely ground.
Store in an airtight jar up to 3 months.
