1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black peppercorns |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fennel seeds |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Coriander seeds |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated lemon peel |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried thyme |
Crush the garlic in a mortar, grind the spices, and mix everything together.
Fennel and lemon peel add a clean, fresh taste to this blend, which is excellent with fish.
