| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried thyme |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried marjoram |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Ground cumin |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ground allspice |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Paprika |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic powder |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Celery salt |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Salt |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Ground black pepper |
In a bowl, combine all spices. Stir and store in jar with tight fitting lid.
Makes 3/4 cup.
