8 tablespoons | 120ml | Hungarian paprika |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Cayenne |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Black pepper - freshly ground |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Garlic powder |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Onion powder |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Salt |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Oregano - dried |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Thyme - dried |
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend well.
Can be stored in an airtight container in your spice cabinet for up to 3 months.
Yields 2 cups
