Dry Rib Seasoning Rub - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
6 teaspoons | 30ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried lemon powder |
2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Black pepper |
6 teaspoons | 30ml | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Msg |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
Combine seasoning thoroughly. Rub into meat and refrigerate overnight before cooking.
Since I was unable to find Lemon Powder, I substituted Lemon zest (ground lemon peel) and the results were good.
