Curry Powder - 3 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Coriander seeds |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic powder |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ground cumin |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ground turmeric |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ground ginger |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chile seasoning |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground allspice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ground black pepper |
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Dry mustard |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Saffron |
Grind the coriander seeds, (sieve if any large husks remain). Blend all of the ingredient together and store in an airtight jar. This recipe makes 3 ounces of curry powder.
NOTE: This is madras style curry powder and is very hot.
