5 tablespoons | 75ml | Paprika |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Msg |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic powder |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | White pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Nutmeg |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cloves |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Seasoned pepper |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Onion powder |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chili powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
Mix all dry ingredients and grind with a coffee grinder if necessary.
