Chili-Bacon Rub

Recipe Ingredients

		For Beef and Poultry
1 tablespoon	15ml	Bacon drippings
1		Garlic - crushed
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Tomato paste
2 teaspoons	10ml	Chili powder
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Cayenne pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth.

Makes about 1/4 cup
