Chili-Bacon Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
For Beef and Poultry | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Bacon drippings |
1 | Garlic - crushed | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tomato paste |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne pepper |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth.
Makes about 1/4 cup
