| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Muntok white peppercorns |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Tellicherry black - peppercorns |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Malaar green peppercorns |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Whole Jamaican allspice |
Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
