| 4 1/2 teaspoons | 22ml | Pepper - black | 
| 4 1/2 teaspoons | 22ml | Salt - sea | 
| 6 teaspoons | 30ml | Oregano, dried - ground | 
| 6 teaspoons | 30ml | Thyme - dried | 
| 6 teaspoons | 30ml | Fennel - dried | 
| 6 teaspoons | 30ml | Cumin - ground | 
| 6 teaspoons | 30ml | Cardamom - ground | 
| 6 teaspoons | 30ml | Garlic powder | 
| 6 teaspoons | 30ml | Chile powder | 
| 6 teaspoons | 30ml | Coriander - dried |
