Blackened Pork Chop Spice

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon	15ml	Salt
1 tablespoon	15ml	Plus 2 teaspoons white pepper
1 tablespoon	15ml	Plus 3/4 teaspoons black pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons	12ml	Dry mustard
2 teaspoons	10ml	Garlic powder
2 1/2 teaspoons	12ml	Cayenne pepper
5 3/4 teaspoons	28ml	Thyme - dried
