Black And Blue Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black mustard seed |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black pepper - cracked |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Red pepper - ground |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Dry mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Ginger - ground |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper - ground |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | White pepper - ground |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar - packed |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar - granulated |
Combine all the ingredients and grind into a powder. For use as an interesting alternative to ordinary rubs.
