Beef Dry Rub (Salt-Free) Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne pepper | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | White pepper | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Onion powder | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sweet paprika | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Gumbo file - (file spice) | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Thyme - dried | 
| 2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Basil - dried | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sweet paprika | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano - dried | 
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix. Store in a jar with a screw-on lid.
