1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1/8 cup | 29ml | Garlic salt |
1/8 cup | 7.8g / 0.3oz | Onion salt |
1/8 cup | 13g / 0.5oz | Celery salt |
1/8 cup | 29ml | Seasoned salt |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Paprika |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Chile seasoning |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Oregano or cumin |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ginger |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cloves |
Combine ingredients in a bowl or jar with a screw-on lid. Shake until thoroughly blended.
