Bear's Brisket Rub

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Garlic powder
2 tablespoons	30ml	Onion powder
2 tablespoons	30ml	Salt
2 tablespoons	30ml	Pepper
1 tablespoon	15ml	Thyme
1 cup	160g / 5.6oz	Dark brown sugar

Recipe Instructions

Mix ingredients well and store in a tightly-sealed jar in a cool dark place.
