2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Thyme |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Dark brown sugar |
Mix ingredients well and store in a tightly-sealed jar in a cool dark place.
