1 | Ranch party dip or dressing mix | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Large fresh mushrooms |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Seasoned dry stuffing - crushed |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter or margarine |
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing mix, mayonnaise, onion, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Wash mushrooms and remove stems and inside of caps. Discard or save for another use.
Fill caps with cream cheese mixture, then dip in stuffing crumbs.
Place in a single layer in a buttered baking dish.
Drizzle melted butter over all.
Bake at 350F until heated through.
