Barbecue Spice Mixture

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	118ml	Chili powder
1/4 cup	59ml	Hickory flavored salt
3 tablespoons	45ml	Onion powder
2 tablespoons	30ml	Cumin
1 tablespoon	15ml	Paprika
1 tablespoon	15ml	Garlic
1 tablespoon	15ml	Brown sugar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Lemon zest

Recipe Instructions

Mix ingredients thoroughly and store in a tightly-sealed jar in a cool dark place.
