10 tablespoons | 150ml | Black pepper |
10 tablespoons | 150ml | Paprika |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Chili powder |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Red pepper |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Garlic powder |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Celery salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry mustard |
Mix dry rub ingredients. Rub into pork ribs.
