All-South Barbecue Rub - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ground cumin |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chili powder |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Black pepper - freshly cracked |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cayenne pepper |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Paprika |
All you do is throw them together and mix them well.
