| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - chopped |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Peanut oil |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Rice wine vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ginger root; chopped |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Celery - chopped |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Tomato paste |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 | Salt & pepper |
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until almost smooth.
