Raisin Cranberry Relish Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Tart cooking apple - coarsely chopped (large) |
1 | Cranberry sauce | |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Seedless golden raisins |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped dried apricots |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon - grated peel and (medium) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cinnamon |
Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan. Gradually heat to boiling, stirring often.
Simmer for 5 minutes then cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
