Cranberry-Onion Relish Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
1 | Garlic minced | |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Cranberries |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Water |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cider vinegar |
Coat a small saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion and garlic. Saute until tender. Add cranberries, sugar and 1 tbs water.
Bring to a boil; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
Stir in vinegar. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate. Serve at room temperature.
