8 cups | 1896ml | Cucumber - sliced |
2 2/3 cups | 631ml | White vinegar |
1 1/3 cups | 263g / 9.3oz | Sugar - granulated |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Celery seed |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Mustard seed |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Turmeric |
Boil liquid, spices and cucumbers until they start to change color - about four minutes.
Pack into hot sterile pint or cup jars. You may use a combination of onions and cucumbers.
