3 cups | 711ml | Blackberries |
2 cups | 474ml | Water |
1 | Powdered fruit pectin | |
5 cups | 990g / 34oz | Sugar |
Crush fruit thoroughly. Add water and fruit pectin. Stir until pectin is dissolved.
Heat to boiling. Boil 5-10 minutes. Add sugar. Stir until dissolved.
